Like all computer software, the tool can sometimes have a bug. If you encounter a critical error, please contact us as soon as possible, explaining when the problem occurs (at connection, when adding a score, etc.) and copying us your error. We’ll do everything
possible to help you.
Possible solutions to try :
- Refresh the page – sometimes a mistake goes the way it came.
- Open the site in a private browser window (this may correct the problem, but you may have to start a tournament all over again).
