First of all, check whether you have a local backup of your tournament in the“History” menu. If this is not the case and you don’t have a client account, it’s unfortunately possible that your browser’s cache has been emptied and your tournament data deleted along with it. Browsers differ in the way they handle cache data, so it’s safest to create a client account to have an online backup of your tournament.
With a customer account (free or premium):
If you have set up your tournament on a customer account and find that your tournament has disappeared, either through unintentional deletion or due to a bug, please contact us as soon as possible. We keep a history of your tournaments for up to 14 days and should be able to help you recover it.
