What is a tournament slot ?
Tournament slots are storage spaces on our servers where your active tournaments are securely backed up and synchronized across all your devices. Each slot can contain one active tournament with online backup and multi-device access.
What’s the difference between “reusable” subscription slots and on-demand packs?
Subscription slots are reusable as long as your subscription is active. When a tournament ends, the slot becomes available again for a new tournament. On-demand pack slots are single-use. Once used for a tournament, they are consumed.
Do I have to upgrade my entire account to get more slots?
No! You can buy packs on demand without any subscription. Each option meets different needs – packs for flexibility, subscriptions for regular use.
Can I mix free spaces with on-demand premium spaces?
Yes, you can use your 3 free account slots in addition to any premium on-demand slots you’ve purchased. They work together seamlessly.
Can I switch from on-demand packs to a subscription at a later date?
Absolutely! All unused on-demand slots remain available even after your subscription. Your subscription slots are separate and do not affect purchased packs.
Are my tournaments safe when stored on your servers?
All your tournaments (free and premium slots) are automatically backed up in real time on our servers. An additional daily backup is performed every day at 4:00 am, with a history kept for 30 days.
Please note: If you voluntarily delete a tournament before the next daily backup is performed, it cannot be recovered, as no copy will be available on our servers. We strongly recommend that you regularly export your tournaments locally, so that you have your own backup copies. We accept no responsibility for any loss of data or system malfunction, whatever the cause.
How do you know which plan a tournament is using?
Each tournament displays a plan badge (“free”, “premium”) in your tournament list, indicating its level and available features.
How many players can I have per tournament?
There’s no limit to the players per tournaments, neither in free or premium account.
What happens when a tournament ends?
- Once a tournament has been completed, it will appear in the list of completed tournaments and will no longer count as an active tournament. A completed tournament will remain locked on our servers (unless you request deletion), for 6 months or 1 year, depending on the tournament plan (free, premium).
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription slots (beyond the 3 free slots) will disappear at the end of your subscription. If you have more than 3 active tournaments, you will not be able to update any tournaments until you have completed or deleted enough tournaments to get back to 3 or less. All your tournaments will remain available for viewing, but their editing will be locked until you return to the free account limits.
Is there a refund policy for on-demand packs?
Once purchased, on-demand slot packs are non-refundable. However, they never expire – use them when you need premium tournament slots.
Can I buy more tournament slots during a subscription?
Yes, you can top up your subscription with on-demand packages during peak periods or special events.
